The Dacia Duster is a compact 4x4 with a roof tent on top and a manual gearbox. It seats five while you drive and sleeps two in the tent: the more affordable of our two 4x4 campers, for two people who want to reach the Highlands and F-roads and are happy to camp.
Camping gear comes with it: a camping stove and cooking kit, bedding for the tent, a camping table and chairs, and a cooler box. At pickup our agent shows you how to open and close the roof tent. Unlimited kilometres, Basic cover (third-party liability and CDW) and the free airport transfer are included, as with every Foxie camper.
As a 4x4 it may drive every officially open F-road, except the road into Þórsmörk, which is reached by bus. Ask us before any river crossing: water damage is never covered. Driving off marked roads is illegal in Iceland.
This is a summer camper with no heating, best from June to September. The Highland roads usually open from late June, so check road.is before you plan your route.
