Cancellation Policy
We keep cancellations simple. Cancel in good time and you get your money back in full.
Cancellations within 24 hours & no-shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your pickup time, and no-shows, are non-refundable. If you think you'll be delayed (for example a late or cancelled flight), contact us as early as you can — we'll always try to help.
How to cancel
Email us at info@foxiecampers.is with your booking reference, or reply to your booking confirmation. Our desk is open 24/7, so you'll get a prompt reply.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Changing your dates instead
Prefer to move your trip rather than cancel? Get in touch and we'll do our best to rebook you for different dates, subject to availability. Date changes made at least 24 hours before pickup carry no cancellation charge.
