Camping Card na Islandii: czy się opłaca
Camping Card (Útilegukortið) kosztuje ok. 26 000 ISK (ok. 190 €). Kupujesz jedną kartę na kampera. Pokrywa opłaty za 2 dorosłych i do 4 dzieci poniżej 16 lat, jeśli podróżują razem tym kamperem, łącznie za maksymalnie 28 nocy; na jednym kempingu możesz spędzić najwyżej 4 noce z rzędu. Karta działa do 15 września na ok. 40 kempingach partnerskich, a w interiorze nie ma żadnego z nich. Podatek noclegowy (400 ISK za noc) płacisz osobno, a prysznice też mogą być dodatkowo płatne.
Prosty rachunek: dwie osoby dorosłe płacą bez karty od 4 000 do 6 000 ISK za noc, więc na kempingach partnerskich karta zwraca się po 5 do 7 nocach. Nie każdy etap kończy się jednak na takim kempingu, dlatego opłaca się głównie przy letnich wyjazdach od ok. 10 nocy. Aktualną cenę znajdziesz na utilegukortid.is.

Nie. Nocowanie w kamperze poza kempingiem jest na Islandii zabronione. Na każdą noc zaplanuj kemping.

Między innymi Reykjavík Eco Campsite, Skaftafell, Hamrar w Akureyri, Egilsstaðir, Skógar i Vík. Aktualne terminy otwarcia znajdziesz na tjalda.is, a na naszej mapie pokaże je filtr „Otwarte zimą”.
Czy prysznic i prąd są wliczone w cenę?
Prysznic nie zawsze, bo na niektórych kempingach płaci się za niego osobno. Do ogrzewania postojowego w większości kamperów prąd z kempingu nie jest potrzebny. Kampery 4×4 z namiotem dachowym są na lato.
Czy jest mapa kempingów na Islandii?
Tak, na górze tej strony. Pokazuje polecane kempingi wzdłuż Ring Road, na Fiordach Zachodnich i w interiorze. Filtr „Otwarte zimą” pokaże tylko kempingi czynne zimą, a filtr „Dla kamperów” tylko te, które przyjmują kampery. Po kliknięciu kempingu zobaczysz szczegóły.
